Sculpture

Medium forms so much of what we do. In all forms of work we begin to learn the possibilities and limitations of what we can achieve based on what even the simplest material can offer us.

Exploration in sculpture at IWU’s Division of Art + Design means the opportunity to work with a complete range of materials. From the simple beauty of seemingly mundane foam to the awe inspiring complexity of casted bronze, our in depth sculpture program reveals form in a way never thought to have existed.

By choosing sculpture you choose to learn invaluable skills that range in complexity from plaster molds to welding & bronze casting. If you’re up for it, it’s time to push past the two dimensional and enter into a world of tactile interaction.
